STRATEGIC ANALYST

Job Summary

As a Strategic Analyst in our Marketing department, you will be involved in research and recommendations for the strategic land and sales position of the organization. You will work collaboratively as a team and take ownership of your own projects and regional offices. These skills will be used to:

• Complete competition analyses and land acquisition packets to evaluate proposed communities’ market competitiveness considering current conditions.
• Research and find demographic information, historical sales data, economic data, inventory analysis, and other data to forecast strategic positioning needs and identify trends in the housing market and land development.
• Analyze data to complete miscellaneous analyses and reports as needed.
• Create presentations and present findings to senior leadership.
• Communicate effectively externally with competitors and data providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sound judgment, strong desire to learn, stellar customer interface abilities, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Market Research or a related field.
