What You’ll Do
- Assist with the maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting functions.
- Gather Retail Operations data from multiple databases, platforms, stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors to complete analyze.
- Transform large data sets through data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Leverage Power BI (and other data visualization tools) to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to reveal trends and correlations in large data sets.
- Implement row level security in the Power BI (and other data visualization tools) to enable secured viewing of the reports for designated job levels and locations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the data needs to execute department and enterprise-wide strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Identify and communicate any data-related issues and recommendations to the business owner, manager, and the team.
- Provide data insights and solutions to leaders to drive decision-making.
- Standardize and solidify Kroger’s data processes and quality
- Assist in developing business reporting
- Increase data availability, standardization and automation processes
- Problem solve and investigate issues
- Participate in all phases of system testing Work successfully in an Agile Project across multiple feature and component teams
- Complete estimates and work plans in Program Increments (PI) Meetings as appropriate for design, development, implementation and rollout tasks
