Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production schedules are met, safety procedures are followed, and inventory is managed efficiently. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of supervisors and team leads to achieve company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct daily production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Manage and maintain department inventory ordering and record keeping.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with leadership and other employees.
- Apply effective personnel management techniques/strategies to improve departmental efficiencies and production goals.
- Advise senior management on special issues, problems, concerns, and general information.
- Screen employment candidates, making hiring recommendations.
- Bring forward creative workflow changes and implementations.
Specialized Trade Requirements:
- Knowledge of above ground pressure vessels

Education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or related field, OR a combination of education and related experience.
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Previous experience in quality, safety, maintenance, and production
- 4-6 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
