Key Responsibilities:
- Open legal files in our case management system
- Work closely with attorneys and staff in the pre-litigation department
- Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office specifically in our incoming mail and presuit demand department
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that is ever changing
- The ability to complete mid to long term projects with minimal oversight and managment
