Key Responsibilities :
Open legal files in our case management system
Work closely with attorneys and staff in the pre-litigation department
Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office specifically in our incoming mail and presuit demand department
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that is ever changing
The ability to complete mid to long term projects with minimal oversight and managment
