What does a successful Conversion Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will work closely with Clients, Client Services, Technical teams, Production Floor, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute all activities related to the integration project. Travel required: Less than 25%

- Liaison with Client and Fiserv Internal teams to understand client needs, provide advice, implement and, deploy effective and efficient solutions
- Assume the role of a PM and BA on smaller projects
- Gain understating of future state solution, and technical specifications
- Responsible for client setup and configuration items.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth analysis, tests, on future state system configuration and output to follow production standards
- Provide help with issue resolution, documentation of requirements and appropriate communication throughout the SDLC phases.
- Communicate progress and potential problems to manager/project for awareness and/or resolution
What you will need to have:
- Strong documentation skills and software/ UI testing experience
- Be flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
- Use limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines
- Solve problems using standard procedures and precedents
- Deliver on Client Projects during all SDLC phases of the Project
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
