Job Title: Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity & Technology Audit

What does this role do?
The Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity and Technology Audit will collaborate with the Chief Audit Executive to develop a cutting-edge audit strategy framework, deployed enterprise-wide to drive key initiatives across the Corporate Assurance & Advisory Services team and the Fiserv cybersecurity and technology audit sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish a sustainable and risk-based process for audit coverage of Cybersecurity and Technology auditable entities within Fiserv.
- Lead or support due diligence activities for potential transactions, including merger integration activities.
- Develop strategies to incorporate automation and continuous monitoring techniques into the audit plan.
- Provide insight to executive management through consultation and proactive communication.
- Serve as a liaison in regulatory interactions and provide subject matter expertise for high-profile incidents.
- Lead and build a team of highly effective auditors.
Requirements:
- 15 years of relevant audit, technology, or risk experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- 10 years of experience leading strategic technology, audit, or risk program initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant graduate degree.
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Relevant professional certifications.
This role requires significant exposure to the Executive Team and Board Committees. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
