What does a successful Shared Services Analyst do at Fiserv ?
As a Shared Services Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in driving process and efficiency efforts across our multiple Client Technical Delivery teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for performing platform-agnostic tasks under our shared services model, managing our test card order fulfillment process, and streamlining the intake process for new projects within the organization.

Shared Services Analyst
What does a successful Shared Services Analyst do at Fiserv ?
As a Shared Services Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in driving process and efficiency efforts across our multiple Client Technical Delivery teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for performing platform-agnostic tasks under our shared services model, managing our test card order fulfillment process, and streamlining the intake process for new projects within the organization.
What You Will Do
- Optimize processes, repeatable tasks, or procedures to enable faster delivery and superior client experiences.
- Develop and implement operating methodologies that ensure a smooth, professional, and responsive Certification operation.
- Stay current with trends and issues in the payments industry; advise, counsel, and educate the department and management on their impact.
- Provide consultation/expertise on complex projects and other certification activities.
- Identify potential risks or conflicts in proposed projects and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with different business units and facilitate discussions to clarify project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, including documenting, creating project timelines, assigning and monitoring automation tasks, and maintaining other internal systems or processes needed to support our certification projects.
- High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business highly preferred and/or equivalent military experience.
- High level of competence with MS Excel and other productivity / analysis software
- 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- 4 years of experience in process optimization.
- 4 years of experience with MS Excel and other productivity/analysis software.
- 4 years of experience in process documentation and creating training plans.
- 1-2years of experience in project management.
