Job Description: Technology Analyst Program – Cyber Security
Fiserv's Technology Analyst Program – Cyber Security is an early career development program where candidates experience two one-year assignments in Application Development. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, passion, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest are the Firm’s future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in vital technology areas across the firm. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered during the program, with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. Fiserv Analyst rotations will have two start dates: January 24, 2022 and June 21, 2022.
As a part of the Technology Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills vital to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program.
This Cyber Security team is responsible for performing analysis of datasets from a wide array of sources, including security tool event and machine data, and ensuring the completeness and quality of the underlying is aligned with the organizational strategy and complies with best practices. The role will expose the candidate to new technologies and modern advanced analytical techniques.
Qualifications:
Recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree program
3.0 GPA
Interest in learning and using emerging technologies (Mobile, payments, cloud computing, information security, AI, and converging markets)
Understanding of Network Security principles
Understanding of Machine Data and Data Security
Strong interest in analytics
Must have sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
