- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and culinary recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Assist in managing guest services by addressing inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
