What You’ll Do
- Work side-by-side with attorneys and clients to perform research and analysis in highly technical intellectual property litigation matters.
- Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical area of expertise in telecommunications and 4G/5G wireless.
- Research and analyze prior art; prepare infringement and invalidity charts and assist attorneys with claim construction issues.
- Work with inventors, technical experts and technical witnesses.
- Assist attorneys in technical aspects of litigation matters, such as preparation of technology tutorials for use in depositions, litigation and client pitches.
- You have an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or closely related field.
- You have expert knowledge and/or expertise in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or 5G / wireless technology.
- You have 1-5 years of engineering experience in an applicable professional field
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- You have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
