Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to conduct research and analysis for complex intellectual property litigation cases.
- Provide technical expertise in telecommunications and 4G/5G wireless technology to support patent litigation teams.
- Analyze prior art, prepare infringement and invalidity charts, and assist with claim construction.
- Engage with inventors, technical experts, and witnesses to support case development.
- Assist in preparing technology tutorials for depositions, litigation, and client presentations.
ESSENTIAL Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Expert knowledge or professional experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or 5G/wireless technology.
- 1-5 years of relevant engineering experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong writing skills and outstanding academic credentials.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000–$150,000, based on qualifications, experience, and adjusted for flexible schedules.
