- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and management to adjust seating as needed.
- Assist in answering phones, managing takeout orders, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
- Follow and execute all side work lists provided by the company.
- Assist with coat check and other guest service needs as required.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
