Job Summary
Fishbeck is seeking a dynamic and organized Employee Engagement Specialist to support our company culture and foster meaningful connections across our regional offices. This role will shape employee experiences that celebrate achievements and enhance employee retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee engagement, event coordination, and program development while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Primary Functions
Strategic Employee Engagement
- Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies with department leadership.
- Develop structured onboarding processes that accelerate new hire integration and productivity.
- Spearhead corporate-wide initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Create and manage a year-round events calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across regional offices.
- Establish and oversee engagement budgets across department, office, and company-wide programs.
Program Development & Implementation
Community Impact
Desired Education / Licensure
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
