Job Summary
Fishbeck is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and employee success. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR support to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
Primary Functions
- Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support :
Coach leaders on team development, performance management, and employee engagement best practices.
Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.
Desired Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
