Job Summary
The Practice Administrator serves as a trusted leader, ensuring delivery of quality patient experiences and achievement of productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the practice, including patient experience, team member satisfaction, doctor satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable workplace for team members.
- Hire and train team members.
- Set goals and objectives for the Practice.
- Monitor practice performance through tracking mechanisms.
- Lead HR management, including scheduling, onboarding, terminations, and performance management.
- Engage in regular communication with team members and doctors.
Requirements
- Five years of related experience required.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
