Administrative Assistant - Office of Financial Aid
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our Office of Financial Aid. This individual will play a vital role in supporting student enrollment by managing confidential student files, answering inquiries, coordinating mailings, overseeing student workers, and generating reports. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will offer financial aid counseling to new and current students, guiding them through financial aid processes with care and expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and manage confidential student financial aid files and documentation.
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Coordinate mailings, including financial aid communications and notices.
- Manage student workers, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Generate and maintain reports related to financial aid processing and other administrative needs.
- Provide expert financial aid counseling to students, helping them understand available financial assistance options.
- Foster a positive relationship with students and staff, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
