Site Maintenance and Operations
The Site Maintenance and Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and maintaining production goals at Fisher Industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain site operations by operating heavy equipment, including skid steers, loaders, dozers, crushers, and excavators
- Assist with setup and tear down of plants to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required or directed by supervisor
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup to prevent downtime
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Able to operate equipment efficiently to meet project specifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Understanding of welding principles and ability to use a cutting torch for repairs
- Acceptable MVR in accordance with company vehicle policy
- Must be at least 18 years old
Work Environment
This position requires travel and may involve working in various outdoor environments. The individual must be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
