Job Summary:
The Heavy Equipment Operator must be able to operate a skid steer, loader, dozer, crusher, or excavator according to project specifications. The individual will be responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment daily.
This position is for our Northern Region Operations, which includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. This position does require overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment efficiently to maintain production goals
- Assist with setup and tear down of plants
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required or directed by supervisor
- General housekeeping of equipment and plants daily or as directed by supervisor
- The use of a shovel to move material will be necessary
Requirements:
- Able to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment and being able to perform routine maintenance
- BASIC knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch
- Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy is required
- Overnight travel is required
