Physical Security Sales Engineer
Fisher's is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Physical Security Sales Engineer position on our Fisher's Integration Systems Team. The Physical Security Sales Engineer supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, designing customized security solutions, and ensuring customer requirements are met. This role requires an understanding of physical security systems, such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security technologies, combined with excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Consultation :
Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate physical security solutions.
Develop customized security solutions, including detailed schematics, layouts, and bill of materials (BOM).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Work closely with the engineering, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Train sales teams and clients on the functionality and benefits of physical security systems.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the physical security industry.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in physical security system design or sales engineering.
Proficiency in CAD or other design software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with specific brands or systems (e.g., Avigilon, Verkada, Honeywell, Axis, Lenel, or Genetec).
