What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrator position at Fisheye Software?
FishEye Software, Inc. is searching for an Entry-Level Operations Administrator for a full-time, benefited role (40 hours/week) to become an integral part of our Ops Team. The Ops Admin will be an important point of contact for management, employees, customers, and visitors entering and/or contacting the office and will need a professional, pleasant and welcoming demeanor.
The selected candidate will be a team player, have a friendly, positive attitude, and be flexible with supporting other areas of Operations or assisting management/employees with ad hoc items. Tasks and duties include taking phone calls, greeting guests and employees, receiving deliveries, placing supply orders, creating work orders, company event planning, and other general administrative duties. This position will require daily light to medium cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: kitchen/break room cleaning, office and meeting room cleaning, trash removal, glass cleaning (doors), vacuuming, light dusting and mopping, and other needs as they arise.
As a valued Ops Team member, shared team duties will include supporting finance, human resources, and the Director of Operations with administrative duties as needed. Additionally, ad hoc projects may be requested by management. Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze and problem solve, demonstrate superb attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills.
This is an on-site position which will require Monday - Friday presence in our Maynard, MA office. Hours will be arranged in conjunction with our Director of Operations to facilitate collaboration, teamwork, and continuity among OT members.

- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and focused

- Punctual and Dependable
- Requires occasional bending, lifting, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
