FishEye Software is searching for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team working on the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Program. By integrating cutting-edge hardware and software, the program streamlines radar data flow across naval platforms, improving the detection and response to aerial threats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software integration, delivering a unified and accurate display of tactical information.
In this role, you will participate in the integration, testing, and validation of radar software within a within a complex system-of-systems environment. You will ensure requirement traceability and decomposition, conduct software testing and analysis, and prepare key documentation including system models, performance benchmarks, test reports, and technical briefings. You will also contribute to the development of Concept of Operations (CONOPS), system design, algorithm optimization, and research activities such as trade studies to introduce advanced features to fielded systems.
This position requires an active DOD Secret Clearance.

Required Skills
- B.S./M.S. degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in systems engineering, including hands-on integration and testing of complex systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently
- Experience with requirement traceability and decomposition
- Proficiency in software testing, data analysis, and system validation
- Experience working with radar systems or similar defense systems
- Familiarity with system modeling and documentation preparation (system models, performance benchmarks, test reports)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related practices (Scrum, CI/CD)
- Up to 10% business travel
- 100% on-site
Desired Skills
- Experience Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) or similar radar programs
- Proficiency in Python, C , and MATLAB
- Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and system modeling languages (UML or SysML)
- Familiarity with algorithm optimization and trade studies for advanced system features
- Experience with tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo
- Exposure to verification and validation processes for defense systems
