SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Fishing Point Healthcare is seeking a Digital Media Marketing Specialist to develop, coordinate, and oversee social media content and pursue digital marketing opportunities to increase brand presence and attract new clientele. The Digital Media Marketing Specialist is based at Fishing Point Healthcare’s administrative office in Norfolk, VA, with the option to work remotely as needed. This role involves content creation, campaign strategy, A/B testing of campaigns, data analysis, and supports the brand’s overall marketing efforts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversees the company’s existing digital assets: Social Media platforms, Google My Business listings, and three websites, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas needing improvement
· Collaborates with Webmaster to implement fresh content, edits and/or updates for each website
· Develops long- and short-term campaign strategy for the company’s four divisions: Home Health, Behavioral Health, Clinic(s) and Recovery
· Creates and coordinates audience/division-specific content campaigns
· Identifies and executes accounts on additional social media platforms to increase market presence
· Analyzes data to optimize campaign reach & SEO
· Researches current digital marketing trends and practices, implements new methods
· Is open to learning and practicing different digital platform best practices (ie. Google Ads/social media ads placements, etc.)
· Measures traffic across all platforms, determines conversion correlations
· Reports campaign effectiveness for executive review
· Effectively communicates and works closely with Marketing Director
· Consistently communicates and collaborates with the Community Outreach Team to publish event posts in real time
· Exercises sound judgement around content publication in supporting the company’s public image
· Communicates with divisional points-of-contact to ensure each division and its efforts are featured
· Adheres to the company’s values, goals and alignment with the Nansemond Indian Nation
· Offers insights and ideas around opportunities for co-branding and/or partnerships to advance optics
· Promotes and maintains a collaborative work environment
· Assists Marketing Director with content initiatives
· Complies with Fishing Point Healthcare brand standards
· Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (BA or BS Degree Required)
Or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication (Mass Communication preferred)
Experience
· 5-6 years’ Recent experience in digital marketing, extensive working knowledge of social media platforms and strategies
