We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our growing team in Andover, MA. Responsibilities:
- Answer and troubleshoot customer support phone calls and emails
- Assist customers on social media and product comment pages
- Organize and process customer returns
- Work with sales and engineering to resolve customer issues
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Problem solving aptitude
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Capacity to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to play guitar or another stringed instrument
- Proficient with sound equipment and related software
