In this role you will have daily interaction with our existing and future customers as well as provide critical support to the outside sales department.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls to customers to review our 100% satisfaction guarantee
- Support outside sales team
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer problems
- Professionally interact with other departments
- Accurately document calls and assignment of calls based on established procedures
- Follow scripting to provide consistent experience for customers and potential clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or greater is a plus
- Success in a team environment
- Previous experience in service industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities
- Comfort with various software applications and/or ability to adapt and learn them
