Our credit union client is seeking a Member Service Representative to join their Call Center team . This role is all about supporting members , whether they need assistance with their accounts, loan applications, or online banking. You’ll also help resolve inquiries via email and provide personalized recommendations on products and services that best fit their financial needs.
What You’ll Do :
Provide outstanding service to members by handling account inquiries and loan applications
Assist with online banking troubleshooting and respond to email requests
Cross-sell financial products and services to enhance member relationships
Conduct account research and problem resolution
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
