What You Will Do:
- Provide guidance and support to clients on various tax reporting and management situations
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients to minimize their tax liabilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact on tax services geared toward high net-worth individuals, pass-through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, Trusts), as well as some C-Corps, Family offices, and Estate tax returns
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify potential tax savings opportunities
- Collaborate with firm partners to provide comprehensive financial planning solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
What You Need To Be Successful:
- Active CPA License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years experience in public accounting and/or tax management
- Previous public accounting experience with an emphasis on high net worth individuals, small businesses, and trusts
- Experience across a diverse array of industries is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working both within a team and independently
- Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, including estate law
- Experience in conducting financial audits and providing recommendations for improvement
- Experience in using accounting software such as Quickbooks and CCH Axcess

Compensation:
- $120,000 - $150,000 bonus opportunities
- Final offer of compensation to successful candidates will depend on qualifications and experience.
