- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments efficiently
- Coordinate appointments for various PT specialties ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Be ultra-diligent to maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- After training, demonstrate proficiency in knowledge about insurance and billing details to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and patients.
- Utilize electronic health record systems for appointment scheduling and data management.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and enhance overall patient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be the friendly face of our lovely clinic by addressing patient inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.
Requirements:
- Be detail-oriented.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy clinic setting, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
- Be computer literate with an ability to manage scheduling software, as well as supporting communication software.
- Previous experience in a healthcare settings a plus.
