- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to better position our offerings.
- Assist in developing strategies for business development initiatives.
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology sales or related fields.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
