What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exercise Specialist/ Front Desk position at Fit For Life Physical Therapy?
Our clinics are small, friendly, personable, and a great environment to work in. We are looking for a part time employee to work both as an exercise tech and a front desk receptionist. This person will split their time between our clinics in both Ocala and Lady Lake ( The Villages) and must be willing to commute to both locations.
The exercise specialist position requires knowledge in anatomy, exercise physiology, sports medicine etc.
Working under our Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants, you will educate, instruct and monitor patients exercise programs, assist with modalities, clean and prep treatment rooms and assist in the smooth running of the clinic.
Basic duties for the front desk receptionist position include scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting copays and providing impeccable customer service. You must have strong phone and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, basic computer knowledge and an upbeat personality. Experience in electronic health records preferred
