Job Title: Information Technology Manager
Location: San Marcos, CA
JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role is to improve the decision-making process by enabling real-time communication. This position is responsible for managing the organization’s computer hardware, software, networks, database administration, information systems, computing security, telecommunication, and business intelligence. Give recommendations about future planning and development of resources. This position will work closely with the CFO to support the executive and operation team.
OBJECTIVES
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, research, support and resolve customer IT issues.
- Responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of a database.
- Provide full support for Microsoft products and the network environment.
- Ensure the organization's leadership team is kept updated on issue status and root-cause analysis.
- The role includes capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, as well as backup and data recovery.
- Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Support the executive and operation team to develop a computerized reporting system.
- Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP).
- Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Maintain, manages and develops upgrades to the company's telephone system.
- Evaluate new or proposed hardware, software, and third-party applications to ensure they are consistent with the organization's standards for security, supportability, and technical infrastructure.
- Assisting in database design and monitoring database efficiency.
- Creating complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted.
- Foster a culture of respectful leadership, providing guidance, and support to team members while encouraging professional growth.
- Exhibit strong emotional intelligence, effectively managing relationships, resolving conflicts, and understanding team dynamics.
- Lead IT projects with strategic planning, ensuring timely execution while balancing priorities.
- Communicated complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner for both technical and non-technical members.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in IT projects, ensuring seamless operations and business continuity.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or IT related diploma.
- Minimum of five years of experience in information technology.
- Experience with database software/web applications.
- Knowledge of computer servers, network analyzers, CRM software and ERP software.
- Experience supporting laptops, PDAs, and wireless devices.
- Strong acumen for developing standard and customized management reporting using vendor provided tools, customized reporting tools and structured query language (SQL).
- Must possess exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve project issues and challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline orientated.
- Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design.
- Must be accustomed to working on various issues simultaneously and ensuring the integrity of each project.
- Strong teamwork, people skills, flexibility, and adaptability.

- Energy to put in the hours of concentrated work necessary to achieve goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
