The Manager Information Technology will be leading the Finance, Tax and Invoicing service tower.
Service towers are meant to provide our internal customers end to end process support. We strive to increase profitable growth, eliminate non-value added activities and consolidate existing applications for reduced cost with a better customer experience.
This position is accountable for :
Working with key Director / Stakeholders / GES to developing the 1-3 and 3-5 year roadmap
Deliver projects or system functionality (value) aligned with the quarterly PI events.
Manage and mentor 6-10 Solar employees including
- Product Owners
- Solution Architects
- Business Analysts
- Developers
Oversee an international team of 10-15 that includes functional as well as technical resources
Manage a budget of $1-$3M
Oversee capital expenditures of $1M
Oversee a portfolio of 20 applications
Negotiate software contracts to limit cost increases and maximize Solar value
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and SOX procedures
Support internal and external audits as they relate to the department.
The successful candidate will have :
Summary Pay Range :
140,964.00 - $211,446.00
