Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Collaborate closely with our product team to manage the product setup and promotion process on our website.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
- Focus on merchandising product landing pages aligned with sales, rankings, primary colors, and category analysis.
- Website Content Maintenance:
- Calendarize and manage website content, including brand pages, About Us, store info, and community.
- Work with our marketing team to update our website with new banners, promotions, and product features.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze ecommerce performance metrics to extract insights on sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance, guiding strategic merchandising decisions.
- Generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to improve our ecommerce operations and drive business growth.
- Collaboration and Innovation:
- Collaborate on enhancements/UX roadmap to improve the customer experience, working with cross-functional teams to execute.
- Consistently drive innovation and contribute new ideas for process improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to identify trends in the marketplace and think strategically.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize shifting priorities.
- 1 year of ecommerce experience a plus
- Photoshop experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
