Qualifications/Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of customer service background, references required.
- Outgoing & welcoming personality.
- Positive attitude and appearance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Cash and credit card handling experience. General computer skills.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including:
- Answering phones / Written and email correspondence
- New membership sign-ups / Prospective member tours
- Cash register sales / Ordering and stocking supplies
- Updating membership accounts
- Assist in maintaining clean and professional facility
