FITNESS nGO Gyms: We are seeking a proven leader that is experienced in building and leading highly productive membership sales and operation departments within the gym industry. FITNESS nGO gyms is the #1 rated full service gym in all of Port St Lucie.
NOTICE: Candidates must have experience in the gym industry managing all departments of a gym: operations, membership sales, personal training. We are not looking for this to be your first management job.
You will be tasked with overseeing: operations of the entire gym including: front desk; kids club; janitorial; membership sales; personal training production. This location was our first for the new brand and is 25,000 sq.ft, loaded with the latest and greatest equipment and amenities. It's been a huge success and has proven our concept is ready for rapid growth in this market.
COMPENSATION:
- We will present to the final candidates a compensation package that will allow them to earn over $90,000 per year at just a single location. Compensation will consist of Salary Profit Sharing
- Extra benefits will include: Health, Dental, Vision insurance , PTO, Continued education certifications paid for
