What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative position at Fitness One - Lowell?

Responsibilities would include sharing our focus of the member experience; we are genuinely here to serve our members. Pushing yourself to keep the standard of our healthclub, and the cleanliness at top notch. Cleaning is a large part of the member experience and it is important that you would have great attention to detail as well as initiative and wanting a clean environment for the members to enjoy. Learning to build a report with potential new members, earning their trust and winning the membership. You will need to learn and have the knowledge to help existing members with their accounts. Problem solving and fixing not only for now, but also the future.
Currently, we are primarily looking for an opener. This person must be EXTREMELY Reliable and Responsible, as you will be opening the front doors for our members. This can be a part time or possible full time positon. The start time is 4:30AM
