THE ROLE –ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for Administrative Assistant who thrives in independent and flexible work environments. The daily focus is on increasing local market awareness of your company and addressing the specific exercise needs of your local community from beginners to fitness enthusiasts. As a Admin Assistant, your goal is to to provide exceptional customer service to our clients in regards to the service and maintenance of their equipment as well as any other customer service related needs. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming and outgoing communications.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Complete part orders and track parts
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using various phone systems and office equipment.
- Solid administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Experience in calendar management to coordinate schedules efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette for clear communication with clients and colleagues.
- Basic typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Customer support experience that enhances client interactions positively.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
