Job Description:
fitnesssuperstore.com is looking for a Front Desk / Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team at our Fitness Warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for providing excellent service. You will be the first point of contact for customers and shippers, handle administrative tasks, and assist with sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide product information.
- Shipping & Logistics: Assist with BOL (Bill of Lading) preparation, FedEx labels, and shipping coordination.
- Onboarding Support: Help new employees with onboarding procedures and document processing.
- Payroll & Time Tracking: Assist with payroll preparation and employee time tracking.
- Storefront Management: Welcome visitors, including customers and shippers, ensuring a professional and organized front desk experience.
- Administrative Support: Handle emails, phone calls, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, BOL preparation) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and time tracking is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
