Job description:
- responsible for the full sales cycle with products, proposal creation, order processing, customer service, and technical support, in efforts to help grow market share and brand recognition.
- operate and communicate across local and global shared services and work in a teamwork environment.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering is preferred.
- 2 years minimum relevant work experience in industrial sales.
- Capable of working across multiple collaboration platforms with global shared services.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
