Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our studio, leading a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers while driving sales, community engagement, and studio operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the studio—ensuring members feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.

Responsibilities
- Drive Membership Sales: Drive membership sales and retention with creative outreach and engagement.
- Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, ensuring they deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement local grassroots marketing, social media outreach, and partnerships to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Deliver an Outstanding Member Experience: Foster a welcoming environment that aligns with YogaSix’s mission and values.
- Oversee Studio Operations: Manage daily operations, financial performance, and business growth to ensure a successful launch and long-term sustainability.
