What are the responsibilities and job description for the Studio Manager position at MTW Portrait Studio?
MTW is looking for a passionate Photographer/Studio Manager to help capture special moments and to use images to tell a story for families.
The position is Full time for in studio right now.
You must be good with children and the job does require a lot of movement on the floor with posing.
Responsibilities
- Managing and scheduling appointments for our studio
- Offering Next Level customer service by going above and beyond
- Creating an amazing family portrait xperience for our clients
- Achieving daily/weekly targets
- Capture and process images until you achieve desired results
- Create poses that don’t look posed
- Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
- Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc.)
- Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
- Direct participants
- Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Get kids and adults smiling!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
