Description : Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Representative to join our Sales team at Fitzgerald Auto Mall. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing information about our vehicles, promotions, and services, while generating sales leads. This role is key in driving customer interest and setting up appointments for our sales team, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in our vehicles or services. Use provided leads, cold-call prospects, and follow up with warm leads.
Engage with prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries about vehicle models, financing options, promotions, and dealership services.
Set up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, vehicle purchases, or service-related inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory, special promotions, and financing options to effectively communicate with customers.
Accurately input customer information and interaction details into the dealership's CRM system for follow-up and tracking purposes.
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-ups with qualified leads.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to nurture leads that have not yet resulted in sales.
Meet or exceed individual lead generation and appointment setting goals as outlined by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications :
Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Goal-driven and enthusiastic about sales and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales team and other dealership departments.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for cars and customer service.
Working Conditions :Competitive base salary based off of previous employment and experience with commission and performance bonuses determined by lead generation and appointments set.
On-the-job training will be provided, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
