In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in our sales funnel, acting as the primary point of contact for both potential and existing customers. You will leverage your communication skills and product knowledge to nurture leads, qualify opportunities, and ultimately drive sales growth.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through an in-person approach
- Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs and challenges, and educate them on the value proposition of our clients products or services.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight product benefits and address customer pain points.
- Manage the sales pipeline by nurturing leads, scheduling appointments, and qualifying them for the sales team.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Generate insightful reports on customer interactions, lead qualification, and sales pipeline health to inform strategic decision-making.
