What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Fitzgerald & Glasshof, LLC?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, drafting pleadings and discovery, issuing subpoenas, reviewing document production and billing time, as well as other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years' as Litigation Paralegal
- Defense litigation (billing time) is preferred, litigation experience is required.
