Respected Savannah Firm Seeks Experienced Real Estate Paralegal / Closer to join team. Residential closings only. Experience preparing closing statements using lender instructions, calculating tax, HOA, and interest pro-rations, attorney fees, etc. Experience pulling together all closing documents to be signed at the closing transaction. Will train on software. RELOCATION assistance for those that qualify but this position is IN OFFICE / On Site. Salary based on experience, bonusing potential and full benefits. Continued growth.
