Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Total: 40 hrs./wk.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain all individual benefit information
• Assist individuals in applying for and maintaining all benefits
• Corresponding with Social Security, DPW, etc.
• Work with PD’s on spend issues.
• Maintains the individual co-mingled accounts.
• Reports on accounts.
• Works with Program Directors on spend issues.
• Transfer of funds to both individuals and PD’s.
• Deposits all FCS deposits.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
• Checkbook reconciliation experience.
• Works well with people.
• Computer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Cross trained in: Posting weekly financials, all aspects of A/P.
