Responsibilities:
First on point for incoming calls, customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Greet visitors and engage customers for over-the-counter yard sales and invoice payments.
Respond promptly and follow-through with customer inquiries.
Utilize the Arborgold CRM system to enter estimates, maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data and enhance customer care.
Process the mail, keep forms and collateral stocked, electronic record keeping, tracking spreadsheets and other duties as assigned.
Collaborate and assist other departments with projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Superior internal/external customer service and strong collaboration skills.
Exceptional communication, active listening, adaptability, resilience, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
High degree of ownership and accountability, “can-do” attitude.
Expert planner, organizer and ability to multi-task.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-directed, ability to work independently and as part of a team that is flexible and works together to meet deadlines and achieve results.
Flexible and able to prioritize varied tasks in a fast-paced environment that changes day-to-day.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills. Not afraid to act or make decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 years office administration or customer service experience
Experience in landscaping or construction industries
QuickBooks
Arborgold or other CRM experience
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Full-time, Onsite
M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Saturday hours 8am-2pm during Spring busy season mid-April to end of May
Occasional outside hours for company events
