Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, adhering to corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing urgent issues
- Help oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and perform their duties effectively
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates, teaching them store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a visual merchandising or operations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as required
