RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support the development and management of the company's annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Lead in-depth financial, variance, and trend analysis for key profitability drivers such as store labor costs, distribution expenses, marketing investments, and e-commerce operations; interpret results and articulate actionablerecommendations to maximize profitability and ensure financial targets are achieved
Lead the annual post-audit process to evaluatenew store openings; includes measuring cannibalization impacts and analyzing performance versus proforma expectations
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for executive leadership, including the Board of Directors
Partner with business unit leaders to set data-driven financial strategies aligned to company objectives, and support key strategic initiatives through data gathering, financial analysis, and reporting
Drive financial performance through advanced analytics, visualization of data, and KPI monitoring
Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial planning and reporting
Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Align the Operations FP&A team around a shared vision of driving a high-quality, value-added work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
Strong financial background; exception analytical, modeling, and presentation building skills
10 years of progressive experience with a thorough understanding of retail finance; real estate and operations FP&A experience required
Experience working for a publicly traded company with revenue of at least $2B; exposure to $5B organizations preferred
Strong track record of partnering with real estate, operations, supply chain, and / or marketing teams in a retail environment
Deep understanding of retail P&L drivers, labor optimization, cost-benefit analysis, and measurement of return on investment
Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
