Job Responsibilities :
As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in growing the organization's identity and access management program. Your primary responsibility will be designing, configuring, and implementing IAM solutions based on industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure the IAM solutions align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM concepts and emerging technologies, with specific expertise in Ping Identity and SailPoint.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Ping Identity and SailPoint.
Integrate IAM solutions with various applications using approved integration methods such as APIs, connectors, and custom integrations.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
Perform regular audits and assessments of IAM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on IAM best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies to ensure that the organization's IAM solutions are current and effective.
Evaluate current SailPoint processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain the IDN system according to changes in the organization’s business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with various systems, applications, and cloud services.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions using Ping Identity and SailPoint.
Specific expertise in Ping Identity products, SailPoint IDN, directory services (LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory), and proficiency in solutions that support authentication.
Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret process data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Proficiency in process mapping techniques, such as flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, or value stream mapping.
Experience with security standards (such as NIST, ISO) and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience working with resources in multiple time zones.
